Our Local Table: A Community Dining Experience

We have a special guest chef appearance from Michael Avila of Novo! He's worked diligently on crafting a menu that showcases his love for the area.
From feeding cattle in the morning to surfing until sundown, Michael honors his deep love for the central coast and natural bounty it offers.
On the menu, you'll notice some intriguing selections like oxtail and candy cap panna cotta.
His motivation behind such dishes?
"To inspire people to take a risk at the grocery store or restaurant. As Americans we get too caught up in our comfort zone of what we know and shy away from what we are unfamiliar with. I feel that it keeps us from trying some truly amazing flavors."
He'll be preparing more familiar dishes as well - like a market melon + burrata salad, green tomato gazpacho, and seared local halibut.
Paired specifically to your experience, enjoy a glass of Chenin Blan from Santa Barbara + Tempranillo from Spain.
