About Mint + Craft
It all started in a health food store in Cambria, CA. The desire was simple: to make healthy and delicious food accessible to our community. Owners, Robin Covey and Shanny Covey, dedicated themselves to giving guests a great experience and true hospitality. After a few tireless years of building a business with their own two hands, raising a family, and growing a loyal following of customers, Robin and Shanny had an opportunity to open Robin’s Restaurant in 1985. Today Robin’s is an iconic North Coast destination. In 2003 they expanded as Novo opened in San Luis Obispo and soon after Luna Red, Café Fiero and then Mint+Craft.
Mint+Craft, is Robin and Shanny’s interpretation of a fast-casual cafe and mercantile. It is a celebration of all things handcrafted! Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch + dinner, now guests can enjoy innovative flavors and fresh food without having to spend a lot of time or money.
